We particpate in a number of insurance plans, including - but not limited to - those listed below.

We also have very affordable cash charges for those with no health insurance, or insurance that doesn't cover chiropractic.

At Park Bench Chiropractic we take a variety of insurance plans. There is such a wide variety of insurance plans and coverages that it is not possible to know how much chiropractic coverage your plan includes without actually verifying your insurance information from your insurance card by calling and confirming on a patient-by-patient basis.

We want our friends and family here in Frederick to know that Park Bench doesn't contract with American Speciality Health (ASH / ASHN) because we do not consider their policies with regard to chiropractic to be at all favorable to us financially, and the paperwork they require for having treatment approved is too much of a burden. Some Aetna and Cigna plans are administered by American Specialty Health (ASH). While we do not work with ASH, we DO have cash charges that are directly comparable, if not less expensive, than you would pay if you use your insurance. That means that our non-participation with ASH is unlikely to have any negative effect on your care or your finances. Call the office with any questions and we will gladly answer them.
